Wave Propagation in Elastic Solid

Course Overview

This advanced course will help students and teachers in understanding wave propagation in elastic solid and structures and its applications in nondestructive evaluation. The context of course includes fundamental mechanics of elastic waves, bulk waves or body waves in solid and fluid media, guided waves, elastic Waves for nondestructive evaluation and structural health monitoring applications.

Why Choose this Short Course?

It offers students the opportunity to develop advanced acoustic wave propagation as well as understand the role of wave propagation in Nondestructive evaluation process.
